The lighting of the tree at our courthouse was a few weeks ago. Let's just say, it was a bit of a disappointment. We live in a small town, so I don't know what I was expecting. I guess I was thinking of fancy New York. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it. It was very cold, but we went in to the "Democrat Headquarters" and had some hot chocolate to warm up.
