What Just Happened?

Total Chaos just ensued. The boys (mainly Jasper) just flipped out! We had to run some errands this morning: Bank, Goodwill Drop-Off, Wendy's, Another bank to pay house payment & then home. I'd say we were gone 1/2 hour. Lately, they haven't been falling asleep after lunch. So, I've been putting them down a little later...instead of 12:00, it's between 12:30 & 1:00 pm. I guess they couldn't handle it today.

We got in the house & I put Jasper in his booster. He screamed, "Hat! Where's Hat?" I noticed he pulled his hat off when we got in to the garage. I said, "It's okay, I'll get your hat." I brought it in & put it on his head. He flipped out & threw it on the floor. I get the other 2 in their seats & pass out the french fries. Jonah & Jasper decided they didn't want anything and threw the fries everywhere. I was p*%$@d! I decided to give them one more shot. Didn't go so well & the same situation happened.

The boys are freaking out, screaming, "Night night, night night!" I got them up & put them in their beds. Jonah got his paci & laid down. Jasper screamed, "PACI!" I said, "Here it is." He screamed, "NO!" and threw it. Then he was hysterical, screaming, "Paci, Paci, Paci!" I gave him another one...same crap happened. So, I walked out of the room & in to the kitchen. Isabel ate peacefully & enjoyed it. She & I whispered back & forth & she shared my Diet Coke.

When she was done, I took her in the bedroom. Jonah was almost asleep & Jasper looked like he was. Guess he wasn't, cause he jumped up & screamed & cried, hysterically. He screamed, "No" & tried to hit me. Now, I'm not one to usually hand out spankings, but you better believe I did.
