Jonah and funnies

Last night, we were at the table eating. The kids had ham, sausage, grapes & toast. So I say to Jonah, "Can you eat your toast, please?" Jonah looks down & says, "Toes, toes." I say, "No, toast." He looks at his toes again like, "What the heck...she wants me to eat my toes!?" A few minutes later, Nate says, "Jonah, can you eat your ham?" Jonah pushes his sleeve back & says, "Hand, hand." Nate says, "No, ham." Jonah continues to push his sleeve back & looks at his hand like, "Okay, I guess I'll eat my hand, too." Poor kid, he probably thinks we are cannibals.
