Plaintiff has noticed bite marks on two of her children. Upon investigation, plaintiff noticed that Defendant, JB, has no bite marks. Plaintiff also caught JB in the act. He lunged towards his brother in the heat of a meltdown & went to sink his teeth into JC's chest. Fortunately, plaintiff was there to remove defendant from the horrible action he was about to take.
JUDGEMENT: Removing JB from situation & disciplining him
CASE CLOSED!
