My girlie girl

Isabel is, by far, on of the girliest girls I've seen. Do I love it? You bet! I've always loved makeup and hair and she's the same way. She wants to wear dresses all the time and parades in front of the full length mirror admiring herself and her dance moves and signing skills. I pierced her ears last week. "I" did! She had them done when she was 2 years old and one got infected so I took them out. I've asked her over the last few years if she wanted them done and she said, no.

Then last week she asked me if she could get them done. We went to Walmart and they couldn't do it because their must be two people (one on each ear). Plus, the lady seemed unsure and a tad bit shady. So we left and drove over to Sally's. I picked up a 2 pack of disposable ear piercing gadgets. I've used them before on people so I figured, why not! I think Nate was a little apprehensive about me piercing our daughter's ears. But I did it and she did great! She only cried a little bit on the first ear. After that, it was cake.

Here are some pictures from a couple months ago that I took (no earrings in these)
