My little Izzy had her first sleepover this past weekend. It was unexpected & I think that worked out better for me :) I didn't have time to think about it. Not that I would have said no. We are good friends with the family & they go to our church. We spent Sunday afternoon at their house & we saw them again Sunday evening at my sister's house. Kate (the little girl) asked if Isabel could go home with them from Ashley's. Kris & Leigh (the parents) were totally cool with it. So off she went. The boys asked where their sister went & said they missed her. Awww. They do love each other. They woke up bright and early the next morning at about 5:50 am and I was thanking God they were at their house & not mine! I've decided that when my kids get older, they can go to sleepovers but not have any at our house. ;) She had a great time & on Monday, they even invited us to the Children's Museum!

Sleepovers, already? Our little girls are growing up! Seems like just yesterday we were chatting about babies, and schedules, and feedings, etc. Remember that?
I know, Deb! It does seem like yesterday. Now if we can just get them thru the whining/back talking/fit throwing stage. Haha. Oh, and if they started sleeping in on weekends, that'd be great too! ;)
Yeah - I held on the the saying "4 is the magic number". Nope..hasn't happened for me yet...Maybe 5? lol
