Christmas at Ashley's

Christmas at Ashley's is when we celebrate & exchange gifts with my dad & Rhonda, my siblings & their kiddos and our Grams. Once again, great food! Is that all I talk about? Why, yes, yes it is. We always listen to John Lennon's "And So This Is Christmas", although, we were about 10 minutes late & they listened to it without me. What the heck?

Ashley's house becomes a madhouse with all of our children running loose. That is where Ash & I differ greatly. That stuff makes me a nervous wreck. Not her. She is so laid back. They don't usually come to my house because I am to uptight. Ashley's house is more fun anyway. She's got some land to run on, the trampoline, the swing set & all the Popsicles you want! And during the winter time, she's cool with kids running around her house.

My brother with his gag gift from dad. I believe it was last year that Lee bought dad a Michael Jackson "This Is It" shirt & dad wore it to Ashley's. I remember looking at it & thinking, "Does dad have on a Michael Jackson shirt?" And they will buy each other Nascar stuff because they poke fun at it....nothing against you Nascar fans ;) But hello! Dad's gag gift to Lee was a 3 pack of BOD spray. Ummm, I bought that same thing for Nate last year & put it in his stocking. Obviously I'm lame. So no need to worry Nascar fans.
