The Orchard

Last week, mamaw & papaw (my mom & step-dad) came & picked the kids & I up for a ride in the convertible. The kids LOVE the convertible...as do I! I'm guessing the year of it is in the 60's. We went to the orchard about 15 minutes away. And though I'm the 2% that doesn't like Fall, I enjoyed this day. The weather was great!

These first few pictures are the ride to the orchard. The only thing kids don't enjoy is when we have to go above 50 miles an hour. They like to go slow. So, they sat in the back screaming, "SLOW DOWN PAPAW!" These pictures crack me up because you can tell they were a hot mess from all the wind blowing on them.

After we bought some things at the orchard store, papaw helped them up on the tower of hay.

Peace Mamaw, Papaw & the kids. My poor mom's hands were bleeding after climbing up the huge tower. She has psoriasis on her hands & all that prickly hay was a little much.
Look how huge this was! My fat butt didn't climb up. That's when it's nice to be the photographer. :)
