Here's the trick

Jonah has never been an easy one to give medicine to. I remember when he was a baby, we would shoot the medicine into his mouth & blow in his face to try & get him to take a breath & suck in the medicine. I think we've tried everything with him. He's finishing up an antibiotic for an ear infection & I've had a pretty easy time getting him to take this gritty medicine. I bring him in the kitchen, put him on the counter top & let him play with the microwave. He just opens wide & lets me shoot the meds in his mouth. Maybe I should have him sit there & try to feed him vegetables. Hmmm...
