Sick every winter

Ahhh...the beauty of the ever changing weather here. One day, it can be 60 degrees & the next day it could be 25 degrees...no joke. Every winter it seems as though we are sick, non-stop. The kids constantly have snotty noses. And Nate & I seem to be sick as well. Right now, he & I both are sniffing & sneezing like two cocaine addicts, only without the trippy side effects, which right now I would welcome.

Yesterday my dad & I took a trip to the ol' Hobby Lobby & Big Lots. We went to an awesome buffet and ate lunch. I was eating this grilled sandwich & he asked me how it was. I said, "I think it's good...I'm not sure though, I can't really taste it." This should be the time that I'm scarfing down vegetables that I never eat. At least I wouldn't be able to taste them & it would make me feel good to know that I'm eating healthy.

Poor Jasper & Jonah had poopy diapers this morning & Nate & I didn't even know. So imagine if someone came to our house. Here we are, filled with poop diapers & not smelling a thing. All the while, our house probably smells like a barn yard and we have no clue. Nate changed Jasper before nap time & I heard him go, "Oh my gosh!! Jasper." It must have been bad.

So here are some pictures I took while dad & I were driving home yesterday. Remember how I said neither he nor I enjoy this time of year? He said to me, "Look...just look across that field & tell me what is beautiful." We laugh about it.
