Once again, I have slacked on my blogging. It seems like life is moving so quickly. I've also been taking more pictures & that takes up some time. It is so much fun though. And, I'm getting some business from it. So let's see...here are some things that have been happening:
~Grandma & Grandpa Wright bought the kids their new twin beds. They are awesome. The kids are adjusting still. The boys like to party. Jonah likes to flip the lights on & off & on & off & on & off. Most mornings, they are asleep with the light on. He will get up in the middle of the night & turn it on. Iz is doing okay in hers. She did get up last night & come to our bed about 12:45. I remember it, but I apparently let her in. Never have we co-slept with the kids. It is my great fear that they would never leave. :) I fell right back asleep & she did too. I have to say, it was sweet...but no more! Yea, we'll see about that.
~Jasper has yet to poop in the potty. What are we going on now? Like a month of training? He usually pees okay. Needless to say, we have been cleaning up our fair share of crap. Iz is fully potty trained. Jonah is still a no-go.
~The kids are LOVING school. We are late every morning. I think the teachers are use to it. I really do try to get there on time. But it is really hard to get three 3 year olds ready & to school by 8 am by myself. I've given up on trying to look decent to take them. Heck, I don't even put on my bra sometimes. I'll just throw on a sweatshirt to cover it! And brushing my teeth!? Well, that waits until I get home from taking them.
~Isabel has developed a major attitude. She's very bossy & is enjoying throwing herself on the ground while kicking & screaming & yelling, "NO!" I am too lenient on them. I'm not a big spanker. We were coming home from Target last night & no joke, she said she wanted juice AT LEAST 30 times. We told her over & over that we had none in the van & we would get her some as soon as we got home. I got to the point where I wanted to peel my own flesh off & eat it in a corner. Then, we got to the point of dying laughing. It was almost demonic. We would laugh hysterically towards the end. It was like, "HA, HA, HA, HA...oh, my lord, someone please gouge my eyeballs out...HA, HA, HA!" At one point, I said, "Isabel, I'm going to have daddy pull the van over & I'm going to get out & spank your butt!" Nate said, "Yea, Sure. She will think you are playing patty cake with her butt cheeks." True.
So, those are some things that are going on around here. I know I will have loads of pictures from the last month to upload.
