Me and the three!

It's not that easy trying to get a picture with three 2 year olds who go in different directions. Oh, and I am their mama...my skin color looks different from theirs but that's because they are pretty fair skinned & I'm leathered & semi-tanned up from the fake sun. Hey! It's my little time of relaxation.

Finger Painting

With Popsicles!
A few nights ago, we gave the kids Popsicles after dinner. Nate took Jonah to get his PJ's on & Isabel & Jasper decided to experiment with their sickles. Of course, I start taking pictures & Nate says, "Shan...we need to clean them up & get them in bed." I'm pretty sure he gets sick of me having the camera out at all times.

It's A Nice Day For A White Wedding

Wooowwwww! It's a nice day to, start again....

Who loves Target?? We do, we do!

Jonah
Isabel...she looks so big
I got them a cheeseburger after we left Target. We got home (about 30 minutes later) & Iz had nibbled some of the bread...that's it! That girl is soooo slow when she eats. I guess that isn't a terrible thing.
Little Jasper conked out about 5 minutes before we got home

The closest Target to us is 1/2 hour away. I guess that's a good thing because if I think I have money problems now, I couldn't imagine how it would be if a Target was in my town...not good, not good. But, the kids & I have been going about every other week. My 2 hour leisure Target walks have turned into 1/2 hour power trips. It's fun though. And it's kind of a thrill to know that I can manage all 3 in a grocery store or Target. I've learned to do it "The Triplet Way."

Here's the visual: 2 carts, 3 kids...2 kids in the basket of one cart...1 kid in the seat of another cart with the basket empty for groceries. I push the 2 kids & pull the other cart beside me. I'm getting pretty darn good at it, too. Yes, I get a lot of "you've got your hands full" comments, but nothing I can't handle. It's definitely nice for us to get out of the house & it's Target for goodness sakes!

P Is For Park

Last week, the kids & I met our friends Courtaney & Abe at the park. We had a great time. We stayed about an hour...until it was nap time. On the way home, the kids kept saying, "where's "Corky"? Where's Abe?"

Three on the swing! If one was on, the other 2 had to be on too. Otherwise, a meltdown occurred and I didn't feel like screaming in public :)
Abe, Jasper & Isabel
Jasper..look at how handsome he is
Jas with his half sand mustache
This goes to show you how well they listen to me. I had to tell them several times to not throw sand. They were throwing it up in the air, etc. It got in Jasper's eye & I said, "see, don't throw sand or it can get in your eyes and hurt baby." What's he do? Reaches down, gets sand in his hand & deliberately puts it into his eye. Yep.
Jas & Iz
Beautiful girl

All four: Jonah (bending down), Abe, Jasper & Izzy
My 3 on the swing again. I love how Jonah's legs are just hanging over the other's...sideways, like a formation or something. He just smiled & smiled while poor Jasper was the bottom of the pyramid. He didn't seem to mind, though.
My gorgeous boys!
This is when we knew it was time to go. Jonah started dozing off. It was so cute.

Fun In The Closet

The kids have learned how to open the coat closet door...well I should say that, Jasper, learned how to do it. So today, he emerged from the closet with a nice hat on. Kids are so fun!

How do you like Isabel's get-up? She had on a winter hat, a fur shawl & one glove.

Work It, Girl

My son, Jasper, working it in his tennis shoes, no socks, diaper & running his sweeper.
